Welcome to RPM Tech Report. RPM stands for Robert P Miller (that's me).

This blog is about technology and all things tech related because current technology, historic technology and future technology is my hobby, my job and my passion.

I've been passionate about tech since I was the ripe old age of 11 when my parents bought me my first computer which was a Commodore Vic20.

 I absolutely adored that computer and spent countless hours on it learning and programing BASIC and playing video games. I still have that computer which is proudly displayed in my home office with other tech memorabilia from my past.

I conceived this blog today while driving home from the Loblaw Data Center where i work. The goal of this report is too express my opinion's and share my ideas about technology. I am constantly fascinated (and a little obsessed) about the way technology has influenced and changed our lives from young and old, rich or poor and every corner of this planet.

As I sit hear and bang out this blog on my Acer tablet (which my wife thinks is taking too long), I'll conclude by quoting one of my favorite author's Arthur C. Clark..."Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic"
